This course provides an in-depth exploration of foodservice systems in a variety of settings, such as hospitals, aged care homes, early childhood education centres, schools, sporting organisations and commercial food businesses. Students will explore the role of the foodservice dietitian and examine how food systems underpin nutrition care across diverse settings.
